It's been days, weeks, months, or even years since anxiety, stress, or depression has taken its grip on you. Though you've distracted yourself by keeping busy daily, the feelings return with the evening sunset. You question yourself, 

"Why can't I just shake it off?"

You're tired of feeling this way. You can't shut off your racing thoughts which keeps you up at night. You  are physically, mentally, and emotionally  exhausted.

When we work together, you'll learn how to identify the root cause of your feelings as well as acquire the skills to successfully navigate the stressors of life

My name is Ha.  I specialize in working with adults, teens, and couples  struggling with anxiety, trauma, and depression. I see clients virtually and in person.

I have provided therapy in outpatient pscychiatry and have been in private practice for the past 5 years.  I find great joy in helping couples and families heal. Witnessing the progress and healing in relationships has been truly incredible and inspiring.
